on our way home from our overnight trip in branson, we stopped at roaring river for some fishing and relaxing. we couldn't have asked for a more beautiful day, it was the perfect mix of sunny and windy. spring is so close! it was so nice to be outside for an extended amount of time, & made me so excited for more days in the outdoors.

while the boys fished, ben's mom & i enjoyed a hike together.
while we were hiking, ben caught a fish! sue & i decided that our boys really love fishing, because even though the fish are often hard to catch- they are happy to keep fishing, just cause they love it.
we are lucky to have such a great fishing area just an hour away from us. hopefully for us we will be back soon, but not so much for the trout. ha!
