well, i did it.
i completed my very first crochet afghan for our little one.
it was such a fun thing to make, and the best part was that it super simple. i decided on a creme yarn, since we aren't finding out the gender of our baby. also, i like the color creme. in total, i used 9 skeins of yarn, because i tripled the strands. it was an easy labor of love, and surprisingly went by really quickly thanks to thickness and the large crochet hook.
pretty soon we will have a baby to wrap this blanket up in!
